Do Micro-Niche Sites work now?

Howdy,
If you are like me browsing lots of SEO and IM forums you will see many sales thread regarding creation of micro niche site from which you can earn a good amount of money.For those who don't know about micro niche site(MNS)they are sites which focuses on a very uncompetitive profitable adsense niche.However the downpart to that is the traffic for that type of niche isn't so impressive although their CPC is good.MNS sites have very few content ofcourse you could get some more content or write up your self .
No one will ever earn a dime with just 1 MNS sites though.You can earn a pretty decent amount from 100 sites(100$ a day) but only after you do some good seo which will boost the seo ranking of your sites.But my question is are they still working now???because in the recent google algorithm updates google has made its mind to lower the ranking or not even rank them that appears to be very less in terms of content or resources.!Is there any one out there who is earning a good sum of money with those type of sites??Just let us know as it is a popular question in the IM world.Thanks

No they don't work as effective as before.You need to make your site authoritive in order to get good ranking.Google is now strict with ranking poor sites which provide very less content.You would need to increase content.Yet if you plan not to do so,you can still rank for a very low competitive keyword that no one else is targeting although it is hard.

they don't work nowadays.as suggested by owaiswiz above you may turn your micro niche into authority site and that should work fine.

You should move on to authority websites pal if you dont want to manage 1000s of them for an income good enough . To be honest micro niche site don't work efficiently as before.You should atleast ad some 20-30 more articles/pages to your site to look good.

Oh...Ok.
I now think that I must convert my ordered micro niche website to some authority website by adding more content.I just don't want to get slapped by Google.Really ,I think posting 7-10 500-1000words of content per month should be enough to start with.Isn't it correct or will I need to add content at a more faster pace.By the way thanks for helping guyz.

Micro Niche Sites built on low competition keyword so that it can rank well in Google. Webmasters adopt various link building tactic to bring their site on top of the search results because they had selected high competitive keywords but on micro niche sites it seems different because it is made with low competition keyword with higher CPC so that it easier to get awesome search engine rankings. But still webmasters do link building for their niche sites because they don’t want to take any risk with respect to their effort.
