Hi Micah, check this Miami dedicated servers thread they have the best servers there and they offer free KVM included all the time, I have 8 servers with that company and I highly recommend it. You will use the servers for SEO reasons or for web servers ?
Before to purchase the servers ask for KVM included, to make sure you receive them, however I know that all clients receive now KVM included, and about the prices, they have the best prices you can find in the USA compared with any hosting companies that offers cheap dedicated servers.
